About this event

Organised by Dr Dorina Cadar and Dr Deeptima Massey, Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS), in collaboration with SPFT NHS, ARC KSS, Brighton and Hove City Council and Dementia Alliance, this hybrid event (in-person and online) will explore the importance of a healthy lifestyle for maintaining optimal cognitive health and reducing the risk of dementia.

This free event is open to members of the public, researchers, healthcare professionals, clinicians, local authorities and anyone with an interest in public engagement and promotion of a healthy lifestyle to reduce the burden of disease.
