You are invited to a joint event between Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS) and the University of Sussex, School of Life Sciences on 'Life and a Career in Science – beyond academic research'.
This event is part of our celebration of Black History Month and will take place at the University of Sussex on Wednesday 17 October 2018 from 9:30 (registration) to 4pm.
The aim of the day is to discuss different career pathways within the broad world of science and medicine. The speakers will highlight their routes to their current positions as well as giving an overview of what their roles entail.
This event is open to staff and students from BSMS and Life Sciences as well as our colleagues across the University of Brighton and the University of Sussex.
