BSMS staff, students and others from the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton are invited to attend the second talk in the Diversity in Medicine series, titled 'Understanding the diverse health needs of migrant and refugee populations'. 

Speakers will include:

  • Sulaiman Wibha, a Syrian refugee who will share their personal experience
  • Fionnuala Finnerty, BSUH on asylum, health charging and general health needs
  • Frank Arnold, Medact on healthcare and immigration detention

Sandwiches and other refreshments will be provided in the foyer afterwards.
