Biography
Prior to joining BSMS in 2007, Ellen worked across Sussex as a History Teacher and GSCE examiner.
Ellen worked as a Divisional Assistant in Clinical & Experimental Medicine for 14 years before moving to her current role of Assistant Data Analyst, supporting the BSMS EDI Team. Ellen was part of the Athena Swan Data and Writing group for BSMS' successful 2023 Athena Gold submission.
Other responsibilities include data analysis, interpretation and visualisation; Ellen also undertakes data audits which contribute to the work set out in the BSMS Athena Swan Gold Action Plan.
